Where do I even start... Margarita is the truth and the personal fitness trainer everyone needs. She takes health and fitness very seriously. What I love most about her is she helps you to understand the importance of living healthy. The results you start to see are motivating in itself. I came to her gym to lose weight and tone for my wedding that was less 4 months away. In less than 2 months, with Margarita's training and meal plans, I was able to lose almost 20lbs AND see toned muscles I never knew I would ever see on my body. Margarita is one of the most dedicated trainers I have worked with. It is such a pleasure to work with a female who understands your needs and what is important to you as a woman. She takes her time to explain workouts and foods to help with the weight loss or just to get you to eat correctly. She is tough but you will see results because she cares. The beat part is you won’t break the bank with her rates. She is such an inspiration. She also works out along with you until you get it right. About me: I have been a trainer for 12 years. I am very passionate about what I do. I have struggled with my own weight like most of my clients. At the age of 17-18 I tipped the scale at 205lbs., but with hard work and dedication I lost 89lbs. in 1989. I have maintained my current weight for the last 26 years and now try to improve the health and well-being of others through educating them on the importance of exercise and eating right. I successful  compete it  in my first Powerlifting Meet in 2017 winning first place. I also completed 4 half marathons as well as 5 & 10k marathons. On May 7, 2011 I ran a 10k marathon and proudly came in 3rd place. I am currently in training for my first Bodybuilding competition  Besides advising my gym clients I also try to reach out to those women who can’t make it into the gym or simply want to sneak in a lunch time workout with a segment on NEWS 12: "How to get in shape at home." I have been very successful with a lot of my clients, and I have successfully trained many of my clients to also run their first half marathons. I help my clients make exercise apart of their lifestyle to help them GET FIT & STAY FIT.
